PinOn is a map-based content-sharing social app for people who love to travel and explore. It allows you to keep a record of the places you’ve been by pinning photos and videos on a virtual map. Also, you can find interesting places, fun people and fresh moment on map.
As a member of the founding team, I witness the birth of this product. From just an idea to a 5-star rated app on App Store, I participate the the whole process of product function design, brand strategy, UI design, and content creation and management.
PinOn Characters
Create PinOn Giraffe to give the app personality and differentiate PinOn in the marketplace.
Animal character can be easily recognized and remembered by people. The reason I choose a giraffe is because it is consistent with the idea of travel and wanderlust. Due to its height, a giraffe has broader vision. It resonates with PinOn's vision that "explore interesting places around the world".
